Dark day. No racing.
Mid-Summer St Patrick's Day: Day-long celebration of Irish culture and heritage. All fans who wear green will receive free grandstand admission.
FIRST RACE
Miss Laa di Da...Might be ready for first US victory after three tries for Sheppard.
Loure...Broke maiden vs three in off-turfer - but looks capable with return to grass.
Inflation Hedge...Seems to be getting the hang of it.
Kathern's Kitten.
On dirt: Loure, Heavenly Landing, Go Unbridled, D'Oratory,Kathern's Kitten.
SECOND RACE
Iron Post...Sire and connections are win-early. Dam produced a first-out winning half-sib.
Hunt Crossing...Pletcher 2YO. Might regret putting him underneath - but dam also produced a half-sib that took eleven tries to win.
Al Mudeer...The dam is a half to Ghostzapper and City Zip but hasn't produced much from three to race.
My Wahoo.
THIRD RACE
Yadira...She'll have to improve - but they often do second-time for Asmussen.
Mi Hermana...Sire is win-early. Dam was a winner of $750K and has produced a winner in Japan - but note that a 2YO half-sib ran 5th in 6F turf debut last month for Pletcher.
Scootles...Ran well in first try on grass.
Zero Yield.
On dirt: Same plus Starry, Beautiful Nightmare.
FOURTH RACE
Sovereign Crisis...Drop in for a tag looks like an attempt to find a winning spot.
Saucy Jade...Should be heard from in the lane.
Silent Joy...Could be tough first time in for a tag.
Northern Coast.
On dirt: Fortheloveof Anna, Northern Coast, Broken Trust Fund, Demure Halo, Royal Lahaina, Ouchy Night.
FIFTH RACE
Above Par...Has a win-early sire and we'll hang our hat on that.
The Defense Rests...MSW to mdn clm'r off of the long layoff.
Orsonian...Another going MSW to mdn clm'r and could be verey dangerous with the move here from Ky.
Same Old Wish.
Show Time.
SIXTH RACE
Lucas Brady...Off since Gulfstream. Last seen on grass. But could find this level to his liking.
Sea Gaze...Having popped some 90+ Beyers earlier in his career, that last race looks perhaps more like a sign of good form rather than an aberration.
Middle Bank...Should appreciate the return to the main track.
Unbridled Heat.
Frazil.
SEVENTH RACE
Out of the Ghetto...Been facing a little bit better in Ky.
I Take Diamonds...Another one in from Churchill.
Mr Bristol...Still another shipper. Did well at this level last time.
Majestic Hope.
EIGHTH RACE - Morrissey $75K
Ibboyee...Tough choosing between top two but settled here on the move into state-bred company from graded stakes.
Be Bullish...Looks like the one to beat.
Mineswept...Seems a notch below the top two.
Naughty New Yorker.
NINTH RACE
Top Surprize...Comes in off of four straight wins at AP. Looks best if able to hold that form.
Mister Pippit...First time in for a tag - but note, seems to be on a good-bad race cycle, and this would be a 'bad' race. Hmm.
Kid Curry...In good form - but facing slightly better today.
Sour.
It Doesn't Add up.
On dirt: One Cool Dude, Divine Child, David the Great, Mister Pippit, Sour, Argentine Talisman.
TENTH RACE
Tom Kitten...Could prove best if in from the AE list.
Coronation Day...Alos might get in from AEs - but going well lately.
BC Suavecito...Flopped on turf previously but might be interesting in here.
Wascally Wabbit.
Montana Knight.
Ziptronic.
On dirt: Racing Office Joe, History Starts Now, BG Suavecito, Ziptronic, Thisonesforruthie.
