Good Card...Behind top pick in last two but capable of picking up a piece here.
Gold and Roses...Hard-knocker not showing too many wins over past year -- but always seems to be in the hunt.

Vaucluse...Like My Baby Baby, this one has impressed, but over wet tracks. We'll know more about her after today.

Lear's Princess...But for Rags to Riches this gal might have an Eclipse Award on her resume. Returns to grass which might be her preferred surface.
Dreaming of Anna...Meanwhile this one is an Eclipse winner (what a nice race). The beginning of her 3YO season was a little disappointing but she regained good form to end the year. Look for more of the same in her 4YO debut.
Meribel...A bona fide graded-stakes performer. Gets Gomez to ride.
Pretoria Light.

Smooth Air...Stretches out but will be tough if able to run back to nice off-the-pace effort in the G2 Hutcheson.
Z Humor...From the loaded Zayat team. Other than the G1 BC Juvie this one has been pretty solid right along.
Fierce Wind...Seems to have appreciated the stretch-out. Dangerous from Zito.

Surf Cat...One of a few in here trying to restore their reputations. Finally gets to string a couple together and should be able to stalk a fast pace.
Johnny Eves...Upset the G1 Malibu this track and trip.
Circular Quay...Like top pick this one is trying to regain past glory. Working well for return and the 7F trip recalls his top effort in the G1 Hopeful in 2006.
