The delay allowed us to remove the two Aqueduct stakes from our menu -- that track canceled due to weather. Otherwise we're taking a look at two track. An interesting stake for the older division at Keeneland -- and a full afternoon of Cal-bred stakes at Oak Tree/Santa Anita.

Santa Anita/Oak Tree, Race 7, Swiss Ski.
Santa Anita/Oak Tree, Race 11, Kiss the Cooke.

Andromeda's Hero...Lack of an Poly experience -- even in workouts -- is a concern. But closing kick is just what the doctor ordered on this track.
Good Reward...They've really been shopping for a spot to get him that graded win. Certainly capable in here.
AP Arrow...A couple of solid, improved efforts under Pletcher's care make him dangerous.

Yearly Attitude...Lightly raced this year but seems an improved 4YO. Goes turf-to-dirt and retains P Val.
Somethinaboutlaura...Working well for this and looks like the one to catch. Set the pace and ran fourth in this race last year.
Getback Time...3YO also has some early foot but has shown the ability to stalk and pounce. Might get first run.
Mimi Guarneri.

Moscow Burning...Overmatched against the very talented Wait A While last time. Class relief here against Cal-breds. Won this race in 2005.
Fortunate Event...Should appreciate return to turf.

Areyoutalkintome...Has been racing well since summer and comes out of a good try in a salty G2 stake at Keeneland.
Debonair Joe...Will be rolling late.
Da Stoops...Off the board only once lifetime and hasn't missed it at all this season. 3YO faces elders.

Swiss Ski...Gets a slight nod on his two-turn experience -- an OK fourth vs open stakes runners in the G2 Norfolk.
Spot the Diplomat...Has some early foot and ran well to be third in that Norfolk. Should benefit from that experience and looks dangerous.
Freesgood...Improved markedly in when stepping onto this surface and going two turns.
Pirates Deputy.

Super Strut...Has faced Lava Man a couple of times this year and was third behind TH Approval two back. Will be heard from in the lane.
Drake's Victory...Hmmm, won this race last year -- and has raced only once since. Expect him to be ready and P Val helps -- but that's still a tall order and the post position just makes it tougher.
Unfurl the Flag...Likely the one to catch.
McCann's Mohave.

Texcess...Tepid nod in a contentious race. Will need to revert to prior good form. But note that had some trouble in the last three. Let's look for a wake-up with the move back in with state-breds.
Cheroot...Third in this race last year --from slightly off the pace. Last few says he'll be on the engine in here.
American All Star...Lightly raced this year. Should also be contending for the lead.

Leave Me Alone...Been facing a steady diet of graded competition. Class no question -- but grass is.
